Associate Project Manager

Office Location: Hyderabad, India

Desired Qualifications: • BA/BS Degree • 1+ year experience working in Market Research, Internet, or Technology industries • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and commitment to client service • Working knowledge of Excel • Outstanding critical-thinking and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with Client Development Executives to service market research clients o Field projects to client expectations o Start to finish management of market research projects • Work with Procurement team to aggregate partner services, as needed • Develop a deep knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques in the U.S. and international markets, and consult with clients on how to use them • Achieve business building objectives, including development client relationships and growing existing accounts • Leverage internal tools and assets to deliver sample only projects on budget and within allotted time frame • Direct communication with clients to assure all expectations are met • Willingness to be available on weekends to monitor and manage live projects • Manage multiple workloads successfully by planning and prioritizing projects • Demonstrate effective and prompt communication with clients
